Shelving Updates

This weekend we assembled and installed two shelving units: one in Hannah's bedroom, and one in Lauren's bathroom. Hannah's shelves went together fairly easily. The one in Lauren's bathroom, however, required two phone calls to China and consultation with three mechanical engineers before we could get it assembled and installed. We also had to plaster, paint, measure, and drill. This, mind you, all happened as we were installing fluorescent lightbulbs throughout the house. Per normal, our suspected 30-minute project turned into a 3-hour project. It's simply not surprising any more.
