Escape to Bayfield!

We decided to trek to Bayfield for some skiing and gourmet food. Who wants to go somewhere warm when one just returns to the frozen tundra of Wisconsin? We stayed at the Seagull Bay Inn in Bayfield. This was Harold's first trip away from home! We had a nice room with a private entry close enough to the lake path for easy access for Harold.


This was one of the views from our window. Lake Superior is frozen from Bayfield to Madeline Island. Many ice fishing "huts" were set up, so we could still get fresh fish!
